FARMYARD GOATS CHEESE & OLIVE BONBONS (V)
Iconic is an often-overused term, but Farmyard’s goats’ cheese and olive bonbons are just that; we have served them every service since we opened the restaurant. Piquant Gordal olives and whipped goats cheese encased in crunchy breadcrumb and deep fried until golden. They are decidedly moreish, now available at home straight to oven bake, straight from the freezer!
Chef recommends serving with your favourite aperitif as an elegant pre-dinner canapé.

Made in an environment that handles celery containing gluten, crustaceans, fish, milk, mustard, peanuts, soya, cereals, eggs, nuts, sesame seeds, and sulphites
Preheat oven 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas Mark 7. Remove sleeve and film, put on a baking tray and place on the middle shelf. Cook for 15 mins or until piping hot. Remove baking tray and serve.
Please keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours of defrosting. Treat these steps as guidelines, as all appliances vary.
