Raspberry jelly & vanilla sable biscuit

The tropical flavours of passionfruit and mango come together in our showstopping dessert. A sweet mango gel surrounds a tart passionfruit mousse, sat on a buttery sable biscuit base. Finished with a tangy raspberry jelly our colourful concoction provides a sweet but refreshing finish to your meal, delice-ous!

INGREDIENTS
Passionfruit Mousse (Passionfruit Puree (13%), Caster Sugar, Double Cream (Milk), Milk, Egg Yolk, Pork Gelatine), Mango & Passionfruit Mirror Glaze (Mango Puree (4%), Glucose Syrup, White Chocolate (Sugar, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa Butter, Skimmed Milk Powder, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring), Caster Sugar, Carnation Caramel (Milk, Sugar), Passionfruit Puree, Pork Gelatine), Sable Biscuit Base (10%) (Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Butter (Milk), Icing Sugar (Icing Sugar, Anti-Caking Agent (Tricalcium Phosphate (E341)), Egg Yolk, Salt), Raspberry Jelly (10%) (Raspberries, Caster Sugar, Water, Pork Gelatine), Freeze Dried Raspberry.

Made in an environment that handles celery, crustaceans, fish, milk, mustard, peanuts, soya, cereals, eggs, molluscs, nuts, sesame seeds, and sulphites

Remove from the freezer and remove packaging. Allow to defrost in the fridge for 10-12 hours, or until completely thawed. Best taken out of the fridge 15 mins before serving.

Please keep refrigerated use within 48 hours of defrosting.

We deliver on Wednesday and Saturday only. We hand pack each individual parcel with care using our specially designed frozen boxes which are fully recyclable with plant – based liners and extremely cold gel packs that are frozen down to -27ºc.

If you’re not going to be at home when it arrives, our drivers can leave your order in a safe place. You will be asked to provide this when you checkout.
