Japanese A5 Wagyu fillet & truffled duxelle mousse

It doesn’t get any better than this. Simply the very highest graded Japanese wagyu fillet from Kagoshima prefecture, wrapped in a rich chicken and mushroom duxelle mousse, scented with truffle before being encased in flaky puff pastry. Each fillet is selected for the highest levels of marbling through the meat which delivers the most tender and buttery steak you’ve ever tasted. Cooking instructions

FROM FROZEN

Preheat oven to 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas Mark 7. Remove from box and all outer packaging, place onto a lined baking tray and bake for 60 mins, rest at room temperature for 10 mins.

FROM DEFROSTED (RECOMMENDED)

Remove from the freezer and allow to defrost in a fridge for 24 hours or until completely thawed. Preheat oven to 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas Mark 7. Remove from box and all outer packaging, place onto a lined baking tray and bake for 40 mins, rest at room temperature for 5 mins.

Treat these steps as guidelines, as all appliances vary. Do not reheat. Use within 48 hours of defrosting.

Delivery information

We deliver on Wednesday and Saturday only. We hand pack each individual parcel with care using our specially designed frozen boxes which are fully recyclable with plant – based liners and extremely cold gel packs that are frozen down to -27ºc.

If you’re not going to be at home when it arrives, our drivers can leave your order in a safe place. You will be asked to provide this when you checkout.
