Norfolk meets Mexico. Local pork is marinated in warming spices before being slow cooked with caramelised onions. Pulled and lifted with coriander and lime juice before encased in golden pastry.

Ingredients & allergens

Puff Pastry (Wheat Flour, Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed Oil, Palm Oil) Water, Wheat Starch, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Salt, Alcohol, Wheat, Colouring From Fruit And Vegetable Concentrates (Apple, Carrot, Lemon) Inactive Yeast, Natural Flavouring (Milk), Concentrated Butter (Milk)), Pork, Chicken Stock (Chicken Bones, Onions, Carrots, Celery, Cooking Wine (De-alcoholised Wine From Concentrate, White Wine (40%), Salt, Preservative (Potassium Metabisulphite)), Garlic, Tomato Purée, Thyme, Bay Leaves), Onions, Egg Yolk, Thyme, Parsley, Bay Leaves, Lime Juice (Sulphites), Sea Salt, Garlic, Coriander Leaves, Turmeric, Paprika, Cumin, Coriander Powder, Fennel Seeds.

Cooking instructions

FROM FROZEN
Preheat the oven to 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas mark 7. Remove sleeve and film, put on a baking tray and place on the middle shelf. Cook for 25 mins or until piping hot. Remove baking tray and leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.

FROM DEFROSTED
Remove from the freezer and allow to defrost in a fridge for 24 hours or until completely thawed. Preheat the oven to 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas mark 7. Remove sleeve and film, put on a baking tray and place on the middle shelf. Cook for 12 mins or until piping hot. Remove baking tray and leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Air Fryer Instructions: 

FROM FROZEN
Preheat the Airfryer to 180°C. Remove all packaging and place directly on the rack. Cook for 8 mins or until piping hot, crunchy and golden. Best served immediately

FROM DEFROST
Preheat the Airfryer to 205°C. Remove all packaging and place directly on the rack. Cook for 5 mins or until piping hot, crunchy and golden. Best served immediately.

Please keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours of defrosting. Treat these steps as guidelines, as all appliances vary. Do not reheat.

We deliver on Wednesday and Saturday only. We hand pack each individual parcel with care using our specially designed frozen boxes which are fully recyclable with plant – based liners and extremely cold gel packs that are frozen down to -27ºc.

If you’re not going to be at home when it arrives, our drivers can leave your order in a safe place. You will be asked to provide this when you checkout.
