Showcasing our incredible local Swannington dry-aged sirloin, wrapped with sticky pulled featherblade and brisket, a rich chicken mousse and truffled mushroom duxelle. All encased in beautiful golden puff pastry and individually handcrafted by our talented Farmyard chefs.

Preheat oven to 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas Mark 7. Remove from box and all outer packaging, place onto a lined baking tray and bake for 70 mins, rest at room temperature for 5 mins (medium-rare). Treat these steps as guidelines, as all appliances vary.
Remove from the freezer and allow to defrost in a fridge for 24 hours or until completely thawed. Preheat oven to 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas Mark 7. Remove from box and all outer packaging, place onto a lined baking tray and bake for 35 mins, rest at room temperature for 5 mins (medium-rare). Treat these steps as guidelines, as all appliances vary.
Do not reheat. Keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours of defrosting.
We deliver on Wednesday and Saturday only. We hand pack each individual parcel with care using our specially designed frozen boxes which are fully recyclable with plant – based liners and extremely cold gel packs that are frozen down to -27ºc.

This was my first time order from Farmyard Frozen.
Ordered a three course meal for New Year's Eve, with the Beef Wellington as the main course.
Everything we ordered was excellent loverly flavours, the Beef Wellington was amazing loverly pastry the beef was wonderful really tender and great flavour.
Will definitely be ordering again
Full of flavour, very generous portions - probably enough for 3. Will click & collect again.
We really enjoyed the Beef Wellington, the flavours were just great. One of the best bit for us was the shredded beef on the top.
