Cooking instructions

Full cooking instructions are included with each dish. You will only require a conventional oven. Where relevant we give microwave instructions too for some items. For uncooked desserts, simply defrost.

Delivery information

We deliver on Wednesday and Saturday only. We hand pack each individual parcel with care using our specially designed frozen boxes which are fully recyclable with plant – based liners and extremely cold gel packs that are frozen down to -27ºc.

If you’re not going to be at home when it arrives, our drivers can leave your order in a safe place. You will be asked to provide this when you checkout.

Given as a gift

I sent The Care Package as a gift to a friend currently receiving treatment for cancer. I haven't troubled her to find out how the food was because she has other things on her mind. My 3 stars is because I couldn't leave a message to be sent with the order for her to read, (or if there was a way, I didn't see it easily). The product is called The Care Package, would be nice to be able to send a message too, along with the food.
