A classic country terrine with smoked ham hock, confit turkey leg and diced breast. Made with pistachios, apricots, sage and a good glug of cognac all bound in a pork farce and wrapped in pancetta. Our terrine is a mosaic of colours and flavours that will turn any meal into a feast.

Cooking instructions
Remove from the freezer and remove packaging. Allow to defrost in the fridge for 10-12 hours, or until completely thawed. Best taken out of the fridge 15 minutes before serving.
Please keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours of defrosting.

We deliver on Wednesday and Saturday only. We hand pack each individual parcel with care using our specially designed frozen boxes which are fully recyclable with plant – based liners and extremely cold gel packs that are frozen down to -27ºc.
