Layers of almond Joconde sponge, soaked in a delicate lavender syrup are sandwiched with blueberry mousse and white chocolate butter cream. Finished with a blueberry and white chocolate glaze for a refined yet deliciously decedent addition to your dessert trolley.

Remove from the freezer and remove packaging. Allow to defrost in the fridge for 10-12 hours, or until completely thawed. Best taken out of the fridge 15 mins before serving.

We deliver on Wednesday and Saturday only. We hand pack each individual parcel with care using our specially designed frozen boxes which are fully recyclable with plant – based liners and extremely cold gel packs that are frozen down to -27ºc.
