Potted Norfolk Pork “Apple” for 2

Is it a starter, is it an apple? We’ve taken a classic French charcuterie dish, made it with the finest Norfolk pork and encased it in a refreshingly sharp granny smith gel. This showstopper will confuse and delight your guests in equal measure.

Confit Pork (Pork 40%, Salt, Garlic, Thyme, Black Peppercorns, Fennel Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Caraway Seed), Cornichon Au Vinaigre, Capers (Capers, Water, Spirit Vinegar, Salt), Mustard, Dijon Mustard (Water, Mustard Flour, Spirit Vinegar, Salt, Preservative: Sodium Hydrogen Sulphite) (Sulphites), Thyme, Coriander Leaves, Parsley), Apple Gel (Purée De Pommes, Apple Juice From Concentrate, Double Cream (Milk), Caster Sugar, Pork Gelatine, Juniper Berries, Xanthan Gum , Thyme.

Made in an environment that handles celery, crustaceans, fish, milk, mustard, peanuts, soya, cereals, eggs, molluscs, nuts, sesame seeds, and sulphites

Remove from the freezer and remove packaging. Allow to defrost in the fridge for 10-12 hours, or until completely thawed. Best taken out of the fridge 15 mins before serving.

Please keep refrigerated use within 48 hours of defrosting.
