Binham Blue & Parmesan Cream

The dinner party classic, given a Norfolk makeover. One of the county’s finest Cheeses, Binham Blue is nestled inside a light, fluffy cheese soufflé. Draped in a rich parmesan cream, this ticks all the boxes for a special occasion starter or a posh light lunch.

FROM FROZEN
Preheat oven 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove sleeve and film, put on a baking tray and place on the middle shelf. Cook for 28 mins or until piping hot. Remove baking tray and serve immediately.

FROM DEFROSTED
Remove from the freezer and allow to defrost in a fridge for 24 hours or until completely thawed. Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Remove sleeve and film, put on a baking tray and place on the middle shelf. Cook for 18 mins or until piping hot. Remove baking tray and serve immediately.

Please keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours of defrosting. Treat these steps as guidelines, as all appliances vary. Do not reheat.
