Farmyard’s vegetarian take on the nations favourite dish Tikka Masala. A whole Cauliflower is marinated in a classic tikka spiced yoghurt for 24 hours, before being roasted & finished in a fragrant green chilli & turmeric masala with a generous handful of coriander. 

Chef Recommends serving with Garlic Boiled Rice or Saag Aloo.
