Raspberry crème pâtissier

A crisp choux bun topped with buttery craqualin filled with rich crème pâtissier flavoured with raspberry & white chocolate. Finished with a white chocolate disk for an elegant yet sumptuous dessert.

INGREDIENTS

Cream (Milk), Egg, Wheat Flour (Gluten, Wheat), Milk, Raspberries, Butter (Milk), Freeze dried Raspberries, Icing Sugar, Custard Powder (Milk, Egg), Egg Yolk (Egg), White Chocolate (Milk, Soya), Sugar, Beetroot Powder, Salt, Vanilla Extract.

Made in an environment that handles celery, crustaceans, fish, milk, mustard, peanuts, soya, cereals, eggs, molluscs, nuts, sesame seeds, and sulphites

Remove from the freezer, remove outer packaging. Allow to defrost in the fridge for 4-6 hours. For best results please use within 24 hours of defrosting.

We deliver on Wednesday and Saturday only. We hand pack each individual parcel with care using our specially designed frozen boxes which are fully recyclable with plant – based liners and extremely cold gel packs that are frozen down to -27ºc.
