Locally sourced chicken breast cooked with a French twist in this classic white stew. Delicately cooked in a white wine & cream veloute, with button mushrooms, caramelised onions & fresh thyme. Flavour combinations harmoniously brought together by dry sherry & truffle oil.

Cooking instructions

For 1 serving

FROM FROZEN
Preheat oven to 190°C / Fan 180°C / Gas mark 5. Remove sleeve, pierce film, put on a baking tray and place on the middle shelf. Cook for 32-34 mins or until piping hot. Remove baking tray and leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.

FROM DEFROSTED
Remove from the freezer and allow to defrost in a fridge for 24 hours or until completely thawed. Preheat oven to 190°C / Fan 180°C / Gas mark 5. Remove sleeve, pierce film, put on a baking tray and place on the middle shelf. Cook for 18-20 mins or until piping hot. Remove baking tray and leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Please keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours of defrosting. Treat these steps as guidelines, as all appliances vary. Do not reheat.

We deliver on Wednesday and Saturday only. We hand pack each individual parcel with care using our specially designed frozen boxes which are fully recyclable with plant – based liners and extremely cold gel packs that are frozen down to -27ºc.

If you’re not going to be at home when it arrives, our drivers can leave your order in a safe place. You will be asked to provide this when you checkout.

Cooking instructions off

Tasted really nice, but the cooking instructions were a little off. All the other dishes I had cooked to instruction, but the chicken needed a lot longer. It messed up my timings which wasn’t ideal, needed at least another ten minutes, maybe fifteen.
