Wild Mushroom, truffle& Stilton Mac Cheese (V)
Sautéed Leeks and Tarragon Crumb.
Farmyard’s take on the vegetarian comfort-food classic: a wild mushroom and stilton macaroni cheese. The smooth cheddar sauce is enriched by stilton and a hint of truffle, this is combined with sauteed leeks and wild mushrooms. A fresh tarragon crumb creates a gratin topping.

INGREDIENTS
Milk, Macaroni (35%) (Wheat), Chestnut Mushrooms, Cheddar (9%) (Milk), Leeks, Stilton (4%) (Milk), Wild Mushrooms, Flour (Wheat), Butter (Milk), Parsley, Salt, Truffle Oil, Tarragon, Crumb (12%) (Panko (Wheat), Butter (Milk), Parmesan (Milk), Parsley, Tarragon, Salt).

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Serves 1
FROM DEFROSTED
Remove from the freezer and allow to defrost in a fridge for 24 hours or until completely thawed. Preheat oven to 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas Mark 7. Remove sleeve and film, put on a baking tray and place on the middle shelf. Cook for 20-22 mins or until piping hot. Remove baking tray and leave to stand for 1 minute before serving
FROM FROZEN
Preheat oven 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas Mark 7. Remove sleeve and film, put on a baking tray and place on the middle shelf. Cook for 32-34 mins or until piping hot. Remove baking tray and leave to stand for 1 minute before serving .
Please use within 48 hours of defrosting. Treat these steps as guidelines, as all appliances vary. Do not reheat.
