Farmyard’s chocolate log: Hazelnut praline encased in a chocolate sponge, vanilla cream with griottine cherries and kirsch.
The classic flavours of hazelnut, cherries and kirsch are brought together with the finest quality 75% cocoa chocolate, gluten-free chocolate sponge and a decadent vanilla scented crème diplomat. Rolled together around a core of melting chocolate-praline ganache which is finished with a milk chocolate mirror glaze, and a cacao crumb. Farmyard’s chocolate log is the perfect centre-piece dessert for a celebratory meal, whatever the occasion may be.
Chef recommends serving at room temperature to allow the textures and flavours to deliver the ultimate decadent dessert experience.

Remove from the freezer and allow to defrost in a fridge overnight or for 10-12 hours until completely thawed. Remove from the fridge and transfer to a serving dish or platter 20 mins before serving.

This desert was to die for! It made a fabulous alternative to mince pies or Christmas pudding but felt like a lighter option. Definitely not light on flavour, it simply oozed flavour and was polished off in nano seconds!
