Farmyard’s vegetarian take on the nations favourite dish Tikka Masala. A whole Cauliflower is marinated in a classic tikka spiced yoghurt for 24 hours, before being roasted and finished in a fragrant green chilli and turmeric masala, with a generous handful of coriander.

Chef recommends serving with Garlic Boiled Rice or Saag Aloo.


INGREDIENTS

Cauliflower (57%), Tikka Sauce (Tomatoes, Veg Stock (Onion, Carrots, Leeks, Garlic, Celery, Thyme, Water, Rapeseed Oil), Coconut Milk, Cream (Milk), Onion, Dark Brown Sugar, Tomato Puree, Garlic, Ginger, Coriander, Lime Juice (Sulphites), Green Chilli, Lemon, Salt, Red Wine Vinegar (Sulphites), Smoked Paprika, Cumin, Fenugreek, Cardamom, Curry Powder (Mustard), Turmeric), Cauliflower Marinade (Natural Yogurt (Milk), Green Chilli, Ginger, Garlic, Turmeric, Ground Cumin, Ground Coriander, Chilli Powder, Salt).

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS serves 1 

FROM DEFROSTED

Remove from the freezer and allow to defrost in a fridge for 24 hours or until completely thawed. Preheat the oven to 190°C / Fan 180°C / Gas mark 5. Remove sleeve, pierce film, put on a baking tray and place on the middle shelf. Cook for 16-18 mins or until piping hot. Remove baking tray and leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.

FROM FROZEN

Preheat the oven to 190°C / Fan 180°C / Gas mark 5. Remove sleeve, pierce film, put on a baking tray and place on the middle shelf. Cook for 28-30mins or until piping hot. Remove baking tray and leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Please use within 48 hours of defrosting. Treat these steps as guidelines, as all appliances vary. Do not reheat.
